Exterior wood does not last in the sun without attention. We replace rotted boards, pickets, and posts, re-hang sagging gates with proper hardware, tighten and replace deck railings to a safe standard, and clean and re-stain decks and fences before the surface is past saving. For HOAs and multi-unit properties we can walk the whole perimeter and scope it as one job.

Can you replace an entire fence?
We handle sections and repairs. For a full new fence we walk the line, measure, and give you a flat written quote.

How often should a deck be re-stained in San Diego?
Every two to three years for most inland decks, and closer to yearly for coastal exposure. A maintenance plan can put it on the calendar so it never gets skipped.

What does a property maintenance company actually do?
We handle the repairs and upkeep a property needs between big projects: handyman repairs, drywall and paint touch-ups, fixture swaps, door and lock work, exterior repairs, rental turnovers, inspections, and recurring maintenance visits. One company instead of five.

How do you price jobs?
Two ways. Most repair visits are billed in hourly blocks with a short minimum, plus parts at cost. Defined jobs — a turnover, a deck re-stain, a full-room repaint — get a flat written quote before we start. Plan members get a lower hourly rate.
